Registration Fee: $25:00 (cash or check [check preferred] payable to

Blessed Sacrament St Charles Borromeo Church (BSSCB).

Books for First Communion: $30:00. All monies due upon registration, it can also be paid at the office Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Classes will be held at 19 Van Ness Place conference room, starting October 6th at 10:00am.

CHILDREN MUST HAVE A COPY OF BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE UPON REGISTRATION.
